The delivery time of your vehicle will be from 9:00 am and the return time will be until 21:00 pm.

Of course! If you come by car to our headquarters, you can leave it there free of charge for the duration of your rental. We will be happy for you to leave your vehicle at our headquarters, the only thing you will have to take into account is our working hours at the time of pick-up.

All our campers and caravans have unlimited mileage so you can go as far as you want.

Our vehicles are fully insured with an excess of 600 €, with 24h national and international assistance (check conditions).

The deposit is paid at the time of collection of the vehicle; 700 €.

Once the vehicle is returned, the person in charge will proceed to inspect the vehicle to confirm if everything is correct or if there is any damage. If there are no damages, we will refund the amount in a maximum of 6 days. In case of observations, a report will be created detailing the damaged elements and the client will be informed of the amount to be added, authorizing the lessee to compensate the amount of the deposit. If the repair exceeds the amount of the deductible, the insurance will be informed and the deductible will be lost.

We have to take into account that we are renting a camperized vehicle. Certain breakdowns may occur which are unpredictable and unavoidable both in the vehicle itself and in the transforming of the motorhome. If any inconvenience should arise, you will always have at your disposal the contact of the Vehicle Insurance and Road Assistance so that they can try to fix the breakdown at the moment. In case of a breakdown in which it impossible to continue the trip (and it is not the client’s fault), the clients will be able to choose between these two options: The proportional part of the amount corresponding to the nights not enjoyed will be refunded, We will try to get another van from our company or from another company in the area where the client is. In case of any failure in the camper system that makes it possible to continue the trip but causes inconveniences (non-functioning of the inverter, heating, solar panels, etc.) the damages will be evaluated with the clients and a compensation will be agreed upon. In case of breakdown of the van prior to the rental, which makes it impossible to start the trip and if there is no other van available for replacement, the full amount paid by customers will be refunded.

The van will have a full tank at the time of pick up. If so, it is requested that the return of the van carries the same condition. If this is not the case, the remaining part of the tank will be charged.

Both for refilling and emptying dirty water, you must go to authorized service areas for these purposes.

The water tank should be emptied, as well as the chemical toilet. In case this is something new for you, we can explain it in detail.
